My name is Courtney Russell
I’m a graphic and web designer located in St. Louis, Missouri. As a freelance graphic designer for the last ten years and web developer for the past four years, I have helped many startups improve their design and brand identity on the web and print.
Before my agency and freelance experience, I had extensive customer service and management experience, bringing me a more practical perspective on my designs. I take pride in creating beautiful and functional solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors to build a seamless user experience with an impactful modern website to showcase your brand and help your business succeed for many years. A quick 15-minute phone call to ensure we are a good fit and suitable for the job and to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
GETTING STARTED
Shortly, you will receive an email with your proposal, contract, and invoice. After you approve the proposal and sign the contract, we will secure your start date and begin planning your project timeline. I'm excited to get started!
CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
You'll receive a detailed client questionnaire form, so I can get to know you and your business. This form helps me get to the nitty-gritty details of your business to communicate my design more clearly and effectively to align with your target audience, showcasing what makes your brand unique.
YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN
Next, I will begin designing based on your goals and showcase your branding design style based on the responses you provided in the client guide. Once you approve the design, I will work diligently to fulfill your vision. My aim is to exceed your expectations, elevate your brand, and establish you as an expert in your industry.
PUBLISH LIVE!
Once you’re excited about the results, I will eagerly kick off the publication process. This means I’ll send the design to the printers, launch your custom website, or schedule your email newsletter. My commitment is to ensure you stand out and shine brilliantly in a world full of roses!
The final 50% of the payment will be due when we go live with the website. If you’ve subscribed to the Monthly Support Plan for web development, I’ll take care of all site maintenance, so you can focus on your business without worrying about edits—I’ve got your back. If you’re not part of the plan, I’ll give you full access and personally guide you on managing it yourself.
Together, we’ll explore your website's features in a recorded screen share session, making sure you have everything you need to control your online space. It’s that simple!
